There are many “canned” training plans available but rarely are they the right fit for an individual’s ability and schedule when incorporated into a busy lifestyle that must balance training, family and career. The Athletic Mentors Custom Training Plan was designed to address the need for a customized training plan specific to the individual, yet cost sensitive. We want to build a road map for you to reach a new level of success in your training, racing and fitness endeavors without injury or compromising career or family.
How it works:
STEP 1: The athlete completes a series of physical, skill, mental and life situation assessment forms or tests. This information will be used to develop a program appropriate for the individuals current fitness, experience and competitive goals.
STEP 2: The athlete completes a telephone consultation with an Athletic Mentors coach.
STEP 3: The Athletic Mentors coach builds a custom training plan and delivers it with an online training program that is available to the athlete free of charge.
END RESULT: Substantial performance improvement with lower risk of injury.

Cost for initial 3 Blocks: $350 ($250 If registered for the GRTri or Michigan Titanium)
Cost for each additional continuous Block (4 weeks): $75
