Working with people, teaching others the importance of health, and aiding those in need are all core values of mine. They guide my daily life, and I hope they will continue to shape my professional career.
I graduated in 2019 with a degree in Exercise Science from Western Michigan University. As part of my studies, I was privileged to work as an intern Strength and Conditioning Coach. I guided a range of clients from professional athletes to health-minded adults- by customizing fitness routines to achieve their goals. In the past, I’ve held other health orientated positions, including being a Sales Associate at a Health Supplement store, where I gained an understanding of the proper use of vitamins and supplements, a Certified Nursing Assistant, where I learned how to provide compassionate care for ailing individuals, and as a lifeguard, where I taught and coached swimming lesson for young children.
Personally, I have long been interested in physical fitness. For a number of years, I was active in NPC Bodybuilding Championships. In high school, I was a varsity wrestler and now I’ve become my family’s go-to fitness consultant. In my free time, I enjoy spending time at the gym, in the kitchen, or with family and friends.
I am eager to share my knowledge and passion for health and fitness with my clients.
