Throughout my life, I have been involved in competitive sports year-round. While I tried a wide range of sports, the two that I became most in love with were volleyball and basketball. When my own competitive days came to an end, I began coaching basketball for a wide range of levels. I have years of experience coaching athletes aging from 6 years old all the way to varsity level. The more coaching experience I gained, the more I realized how important strength training and injury prevention are for maximizing a person’s true potential. I am beyond passionate about helping people achieve optimal performance levels both in the gym and in daily living. I love to see how the power of exercise impacts a person both mentally and physically. I find true joy in building relationships with others while challenging them at the same time.
I am currently a full-time student in the exercise science program at Western Michigan University with graduation soon approaching. In my free time I love attending sporting events, getting in my own workout sessions and playing golf!
