This eight week challenge will use functional fitness to help you transform your body just in time for the holidays. Our trained coaches will help you along the way with bi-weekly challenges, nutrition tips, healthy recipes and weekly communications.
What Is Functional Fitness?
Functional fitness is a classification of training that prepares the body for real-life movements and activities. Movements such as squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting will be made easier with functional fitness integrated into your exercise routine.
Details of The Challenge:
- Start Date: Monday, October 21st
- End Date: Friday, December 13th
- 3 scheduled workouts a week with our certified coaches
- Monday and Friday 5:30 – 6:30 pm @ AM West
- Wednesday 5:30 – 6:30 pm @ AM Richland
- Body Comp taken at the beginning and end of the 8 week challenge showing fat free mass, water weight and essential fat
- Access to our AM Coached App for direct communication with a Coach and challenge tracking
