Strength Training

This six week strength training program is designed to help endurance athletes reach their specific strength and fitness goals within a small group-coached setting.  You will have the opportunity to workout with our Coaches up to 3 times each week. Using the AM sign-up app, you will schedule the days and times that work for you each week. You can sign up for 1,2 or 3 sessions per week.

  • Length: 6 Weeks

    • Sunday: 12:30 pm – 1:15 pm – Wings West Location
    • Monday: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm – Richland Location
    • Thursday: 7:15 pm – 8:15 pm – Wings West Location
    • Saturday: 8:00 am – 9:00 am Richland Location
  • Cost:    $150.00

Coached Swim Add On Details:

  • Length: 6 Sessions (Thursday Evenings)

  • End Date: Thursday, November 21st
  • Location: Otsego Pool, 550 Washington Street, Otsego, MI
  • Time: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
