Gull Lake Men’s Soccer Preseason Spring Training Camp

What’s Included:

Testing & Reporting:

We will test each player at the beginning and end of camp.  A report will be generated for each player and shared with parents and coaches.  

Testing Will Consist Of:

  • Body Composition – using InBody System
  • Vertical Jump – Vertimax
  • Pro Agility – using Swift Timing System
  • Chin Ups
  • Assault Bike Conditioning (this one is not fun)
  • Back Squat – using Flex power meter
  • Bench Press – using Flex power meter

Team Training Days:

  • Team sessions will consist of:  a dynamic warm up, significant prehab work (injury prevention), speed/agility/explosive power development, strength training and soccer specific conditioning.
  • During team training sessions there will be a minimum of 2 coaches training the team.
  • Come as many days as you can.
