Spinning, or indoor cycling, is an energetic class on stationary bikes that focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery. You will be led by an experienced cyclist who will ensure this a cardiovascular workout that will strengthen your legs and make you feel powerful enough to hit the roads and trails in the coming sessions.
