This will be a 10 week stretching and yoga class to work on flexibility and strengthen your skater’s core taught by Kennedy Boze. Kennedy’s yoga experience was done at Kripalu which included 200 hours of intensive teacher training.
Class will be offered Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. You can sign up for one or both nights.
- Length: 10 Weeks
- Start Date: Tuesday, March 3rd, 2020
- End Date: Wednesday, May 12th, 2020 (there will be no class the week of Spring break, March 31st or April 1st)
- Cost: $160.00 for one night each week
$240.00 for two nights a week
- Times: Tuesdays from 7:20 – 8:20 pm, Wednesdays from 6:20 – 7:20 pm
