Advice
Ride at your own comfort level. Your riding will improve when you grow your comfort level, confidence, and skills. It seems like a package deal to me. "Winning" isn't always a podium finish. It's also accomplishing something you've been working on for awhile or something you didn't think you could do.

I have a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. This February (2023) marks the 20 year anniversary since I defended my doctoral dissertation.
