Dalton can’t remember a point in time where sports were not an integral part of his life. He played multiple sports throughout his childhood and continued to play both football and baseball at the collegiate level. Since his college athletic experience has ended he has become a NASM certified personal trainer and continued working in youth sports. Dalton has extensive coaching and baseball training experience, working with a wide variety of ages and skill levels. Learning to adapt his training strategies to accommodate the learning styles of athletes from 5 to 25 years old has allowed him to find success in training all age groups.
Dalton has a high energy and enthusiastic approach to training; even though his collegiate sports career has ended he wants to continue to be a part of others’ fitness journeys. Dalton is passionate about helping individuals and teams reach their goals in the weight room, on the field, and in life.
