| Favorite Race | My favorite race weekend was Superior Bikefest in Marquette. I loved traveling to the upper peninsula with the team and racing three great courses. The races were hilly and challenging and it was a great opportunity to get spend time in a beautiful city. |
Biggest Accomplishments
I don't have one big accomplishment that I would list as great. I would have to say that racing full time for 18 years is a great and somewhat crazy accomplishment. I wish I would have kept a list of all the races I've done.
Advice
Find a group that you can ride with and get advice from. There's lots of local clubs or group rides that welcome beginners. If you want to race and are serious about your training find a coach. New racers can make big gains from following a training plan.

You would find me with my husban, Eric, and our dog. We enjoy hiking, backpacking, watching Tigers baseball and spending time with our families.
