Nicole grew up in Plainwell, Michigan, and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Kalamazoo Community College through a transfer program with Western Michigan University, with plans to graduate in 2028. After completing her undergraduate degree, she hopes to attend graduate school and pursue a career in Physical Therapy.
Her passion for movement and physical activity began early through years of competitive dance and gymnastics. As her interests evolved over time, she developed a strong passion for strength training and weightlifting. Outside of the gym, Nicole enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and playing pickle ball, and values staying active in a variety of ways.
During high school, Nicole worked as an assistant coach for the Girls on the Run program at her former elementary school, where she discovered her love for coaching, mentoring, and helping young athletes build confidence through movement. Later, after attending physical therapy for a personal injury, she became fascinated by the rehabilitation process and the impact physical therapists have on recovery and quality of life. This experience inspired her decision to pursue a Pre-Physical Therapy path and continue helping others improve both their physical health and overall well-being.
