This program is our most cost-effective, results-oriented way to help you reach your specific strength and fitness goals within a small group-coached setting under the guidance of our elite certified trainers.
For a low, all-inclusive monthly membership fee, you receive unlimited attendance in our coached gym sessions and classes. Whether you are turning over a new leaf and learning to adopt a healthier lifestyle or already training and looking to take it up a notch, we’ll provide the guidance, education, training programs and motivational support to ensure you reach your goals.

What to Expect
Sessions last approximately one hour and clients are training at their own pace, following the workout of the day (posted for varying abilities). Our qualified trainers will be there to ensure safe, proper form as they guide you through the workout. Our Coached Gym package includes our TRX, Bootcamp and Yoga Classes.

Coached Gym at West: $99 per month (Wings West Only)
$100.00 for 5 session package (Wings West Only)
Coached Gym Everywhere: $195 per month (Includes Kalamazoo and Richland)
(Must be 18 years or older for this package. Sign up is required at least 24 hours prior to a session. Schedule will change seasonally to accommodate other programs using the gym.)
