Our Elite Athlete Coaching Package is perfect for the young aspiring athlete who is looking to achieve their best in their sport. Whether aiming to get off the bench in high school, earn college scholarship or advance to the Pro’s, our highly qualified coaches will develop a program and provide the guidance and mentor-ship to get there.

Our Elite Athlete Subscription Includes:

A high level training plan is developed to align with the athlete’s personal goals, strengths, weaknesses and abilities.
Regular meetings with parents to review progress
Periodic Performance Testing is completed to measure progress
Body Composition with Body Metrix ™ Ultrasound Technology
Performance monitoring during some workouts using First Beat Technology
An Athletic Mentors Senior Coach is assigned to each athlete
