This will be a one day a week yoga class for 5 weeks to work on flexibility and strengthen your skater’s core.

• Time: 2:45 pm – 3:45 pm
• Cost: $95 if signing up for Yoga only
  $75.00 when combined with Fall figure skating off-ice conditioning
