Coached gym refers to open gym hours where the gym is staffed with a qualified trainer to safely lead individuals and small groups through an appropriate workout. Coach gym sessions generally focus on functional movement, core strength, balance and agility but workouts are modified for each individual and may be adapted to a specific sport or profession. Trainers ensure that proper form is executed and help guide clients as they advance in ability. During this time trainers get to know clients as they motivate and support them in pursuit of their goals. Beginners may want to set up a Private/Intake session to establish and personalize a workout program that can be brought with them to a coached gym session.
