Carolyn Peurach

From an early age Carolyn showed a passion for sports that was fueled by her competitive nature and boundless energy. After some early knee and ankle injuries sidelined her from higher intensity sports she found golf. Playing for three years at Grand Valley State University while studying Exercise Science she later transferred and graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Psychology in 2012. While at Michigan State she was also a member of the Women’s Varsity Rowing team where she was introduced to functional fitness and weightlifting.

Following college Carolyn became an Assistant Golf Professional and became a member of the Professional Golfers Association of America. Working across the country at several prestigious golf courses she has developed her golf coaching skills by working with players of all ages and abilities.

Combining her passion for health, fitness, and golf she received her Titleist Performance Institute certification with a specialization in Juniors in 2023. She loves helping clients hit the ball further, swing faster, and play longer by developing their swing and fitness to compliment their body instead of fighting against it.

To continue to drive her competitive nature she began competing in triathlon where she has completed several distances up to 70.6. She also loves gravel cycling, weightlifting, snowboarding, and most anything that will get her outside and active.
