Description

This conditioning is a great opportunity for athletes who want to prepare well for upcoming competitions. Our intensive off-ice camp features training modules specific to the demands of the skater. With a greater attention to individual needs, this camp will peak athletes that are heading into their individual competition season and start the building process for a longer term plan. This camp will give your skater 3 dry land training sessions per week which will keep your athlete healthy, engaged and active.
