This package provides “Elite” service for any athlete looking to achieve their potential.  Whether a young upcoming cyclist or a master’s rider trying to balance life with stellar performance, our coaches with decades of coaching and racing experience will get you there.  We designed our elite package to include all of the tools to facilitate success.

Premium Cycling Coaching Subscription Includes:

• A custom schedule designed to suit the athletes needs, goals and lifestyle.
• Baseline and periodic testing to monitor fitness and progress using tests of power output and heart rate.
• Metabolic testing annually to measure efficiency and manage fueling.
• Access to our “coached gym”  for your strength training or programming delivered via CoachMePlus online strength training app.
• Upgrade gym access to VIPL for $55/month
• Bike fitting and form analysis.
• Access to our spin studio, utilizing Wahoo Kickr Smart trainers.
• Online access to your training plan and online journal as well as utilization of an interactive coaching tools to record and communicate your training progress with your coach.
• Weekly communication with your cycling coach in the form of your choice (phone, email or text).
• Unlimited program changes as needed throughout the month.

Cost: $295 per month + $100 Setup fee
