Description
Off-Ice conditioning is a great opportunity for athletes who want to prepare well for upcoming competitions. Our intensive camp features training modules specific to the demands of the skater. With a greater attention to individual needs, this camp will peak athletes that are heading into their individual competition season and start the building process for a longer term plan. This camp will give your skater 3 dry land training sessions per week which will keep your athlete healthy, engaged and active.

Training Days & Times:
- Sunday 1:30 – 2:30 pm
- Tuesday 5:45 – 6:45 pm
- Thursday 6:10 – 7:10 pm
No Sessions Will Be Held On The Following Dates: April 18th, May 12th, May 16th, and May 26th
