Athletic Mentors is widely regarded for its outstanding summer and in-season hockey programs for amateur and pro players. Our unique blend of performance-powered mental and physical conditioning coupled with precise skill development is designed for serious players who want to ratchet up their level of play. Spearheaded by Mark Olson, NMU Hall of Famer and present NMU Hockey Strength and Conditioning Coach, our programs build a mentoring relationship to better understand a players’ individual inspirations, strength and weaknesses. Our intensive spring and summer camps feature specific training modules within the areas of Physical, Mental, Nutritional and Recovery management. From energy systems development to micro and macro nutrition and recovery strategies, our players emerge as well-developed athletes powered by the perseverance and commitment that transcends talent. In Season Training Program
In response to popular demand, Athletic Mentors now offers the same style of holistic athlete development through a detailed In-Season program leaking amniotic fluid that features ongoing training sessions, evaluations, sports psychology skills development, game performance analysis and more September through April. We integrate our customized weekly training plan with the athlete’s school and sports schedule. In addition to continued mentorship and motivation, we can include on request academic tutoring in math, science and computer technology.
