AM Wellness offers an excellent Remote Wellness plan to increase employee engagement and enhance outcomes. With a convenient AMCoached App, Remote Wellness can be offered as a stand-alone option, or to enhance an OnSite or Near Site package.

Wellness Portal

AMW provides a comprehensive Wellness Portal tailored for your program. Your wellness portal gives employees access to their cumulative video library, workout downloads, recorded calls, a calendar with ICS, plus healthy recipes and health tips.

Bi-weekly E-Mails and Content

AMW’s emails include detailed workout PDFs and videos, health tips, and nutritional content to motivate, educate, and keep your employees on engaged and on track.

Digital Coaching

AMW provides instructional videos demonstrating the entire month’s workouts so your employees can do them anywhere, anytime. We also provide monthly video conference calls with an AMW coach where your employees can ask questions and get motivated. AMW provides a variety of LIVE streaming fitness classes to keep you engaged wherever you may be.

AMCoached App

AMW provides a custom app for real time support and communication. Your employees can track their nutrition, activity level and sleep. Our app also features group connectivity for friendly challenges and competition.

Monthly Challenge

A monthly challenge that your employees can participate in and track with a smartphone app. We offer a free one-month of Coach Gym unlimited to every monthly winner!

This upgrade includes all the benefits listed above, but is ideal for large companies who are seeking a more intimate coaching experience. By dividing your employees into teams, accountability, coaching relationships, and motivation can be increased.

Individual Employee Upgrade for Gym Access

With the Coached Gym upgrade, your employees will have unlimited access to all classes and coached gym time slots at either our Richland or West location with our elite certified trainers. We can provide you, the employer, with monthly usage reporting and statistics.
