VIP Light Functional Fitness

This program is a professional coaching service  to help you reach your specific strength and fitness goals within a small group-coached setting. A coach assigned and dedicated to designing your program will motivate and guide you to success. It was designed by our founder, Mark Olson, to help everyone train like a pro!

What to Expect

New clients begin with an individualized session with one of our coaches to discuss history and goals in order to receive an individualized plan. Your assigned coach then prepares a workout for your first session with updates and variations delivered for each subsequent sessions.  You’ll train in small groups of 1 to 4 people.

The Coached Gym

Building Beautiful Bodies & Souls

This program is our most cost-effective, results-oriented way to help you reach your specific strength and fitness goals within a small group-coached setting under the guidance of our elite certified trainers.

For a low, all-inclusive monthly membership fee, you receive unlimited attendance in our coached gym sessions. Whether you are turning over a new leaf  and learning to adopt a healthier lifestyle or already training and looking to take it up a notch, we’ll provide the guidance, education, training programs and motivational support to ensure you reach your goals.

What to Expect

Sessions last approximately one hour and clients are training at their own pace, following the workout of the day (posted for varying abilities).  Our qualified trainers will be there to ensure safe, proper form as they guide you through the workout.

Coached Gym Available Hours:

Monday and Wednesday: 6:00 am – 8:00 am or 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Friday: 6:00 am – 8:00 am

Pricing

Coached Gym @ Richland:  $195 per month

(Must be 18 years or older for this package. Sign up is required at least 24 hours prior to a session. Schedule will change seasonally to accommodate other programs using the gym.)

Remote Functional Fitness Coaching

Remote coaching gives you the flexibility of a personalized  progressive fitness training plan that you can use in your own space, on your own time to achieve your goals.

Our Remote Coaching Package Includes:

Live Workouts!

You can join our virtual workout community 6 times a week for a workout you can do at home with our certified Coaches for only $15.00 a month!

  • Barre Class – Monday 6:30 – 7:15 AM
    A full body, low impact, high intensity class which uses a variety of equipment, including weights, bands, balls and body weight. No dance experience necessary, this class is open to all levels.
  • Yoga – Tuesday 6:00 – 7:00 PM
    Develop strength, flexibility, and breath awareness while calming and focusing your mind.
  • Bootcamp – Wednesday 6:15 – 7:00 AM
    An up- beat, full-body workout that’s challenging, but scalable. All fitness levels are welcome!  The boot camp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, Glides, kettle bells) and stretching. The coaches vary the exercises and format for every workout so no two boot camp sessions are the same.
  • 1/2 Hour HIIT – Wednesday 11:30 – 12:00 PM
    High-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
  •  1/2 Hour Beginner Bootcamp – Wednesday 5:45 – 6:15 PM
    An up- beat, full-body workout that’s challenging, but scalable. All fitness levels are welcome!  The boot camp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, Glides, kettle bells) and stretching. The coaches vary the exercises and format for every workout so no two boot camp sessions are the same
  • 15 Minute Abs N Glutes – Wednesday 6:15 – 6:30 PM
    This 15 minute workout targets our core powerhouse: the abdominal and gluteus muscles. You’ll learn exercises you can do anywhere making this a great class to start with.
  • 20 Beginner Barre – Thursday 7:15 – 7:35 AM
    A full body, low impact, high intensity class which uses a variety of equipment, including weights, bands, balls and body weight. No dance experience necessary, this class is open to all levels.
