Check it out…. This weekend the Priority Health Women began Phase 2 of their winter strength program. They meet every 6 weeks at the Athletic Mentors gym for instruction with the AM coaches. Strength training is followed by a run or a ride. It’s a great time for strengthening team comradery in the off season while engaging in activity to improve our competitive performance.
