Kenzie is from East Lansing, Michigan. She graduated from Alma College with a bachelor’s degree in Integrative Physiology and Health Science and is currently finishing her master’s degree in Applied Sport Psychology at Northern Michigan University.
Growing up, Kenzie played nearly every sport available before ultimately focusing on volleyball in high school. She went on to continue her volleyball career at Alma College, where her experiences as a student-athlete helped shape her passion for performance, health, and personal growth. Kenzie is passionate about helping individuals reach their goals by creating a positive, supportive, and encouraging environment. Her interests include fitness, strength and conditioning, and mental performance. Outside of the gym, Kenzie enjoys spending time with her family and staying active outdoors. She can often be found fishing and playing pickup volleyball and pickleball.
She is excited to be part of the Athletic Mentors team and to continue learning from an experienced group of coaches. She looks forward to helping athletes and clients discover their potential, celebrate their progress, and develop the tools needed for long-term success both inside and outside of the gym.

MacKenzie graduated from Aquinas College with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing and minoring in Communications. During her time at Aquinas, she was an Outside Hitter on the volleyball team and served as a three-year team captain, leading both on and off the court. Following graduation, she grew her experience in the marketing field working with small and mid-sized companies in the Outdoor Furniture and Food & Grocery industries.
Raised in the Gull Lake area, MacKenzie has been passionate about athletics her entire life. Coming from a sports-oriented family she competed in basketball, soccer, and golf before crafting her skills on the volleyball court. She has lived the importance of Athletic Mentors training. After suffering an ACL tear in high school, she began training with Athletic Mentors who guided her journey to build strength and injury resilience, leading to a successful volleyball career.
Today, she finds joy in spreading the word about Athletic Mentors and is happy to blend her love for sports and marketing. You’ll find her spending time with family outdoors, picking up a volleyball or golf club whenever she can.

Andre grew up in Los Angeles, California playing all the major sports, and found that his two favorites were hockey and soccer. At the end of middle school, he had to choose which sport he wanted to fully focus his time and energy on and chose hockey. Hockey has allowed Andre to visit so many new places and meet so many awesome people who have impacted his life and shaped him into who he is today. Through hockey, he had the opportunity to go to school at Northern Michigan University in Marquette of the Upper Peninsula. As a kid, and especially an athlete, he has always been really interested in the body and how it moves and functions. In college, he graduated with two B.A.’s in Exercise Science & Health and Psychology. Andre is currently a player for the Kalamazoo Wings in the ECHL, but is very excited for the opportunity to join the athletic mentors family and get to meet and know everyone.

Nicole grew up in Plainwell, Michigan, and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Kalamazoo Community College through a transfer program with Western Michigan University, with plans to graduate in 2028. After completing her undergraduate degree, she hopes to attend graduate school and pursue a career in Physical Therapy.
Her passion for movement and physical activity began early through years of competitive dance and gymnastics. As her interests evolved over time, she developed a strong passion for strength training and weightlifting. Outside of the gym, Nicole enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and playing pickle ball, and values staying active in a variety of ways.
During high school, Nicole worked as an assistant coach for the Girls on the Run program at her former elementary school, where she discovered her love for coaching, mentoring, and helping young athletes build confidence through movement. Later, after attending physical therapy for a personal injury, she became fascinated by the rehabilitation process and the impact physical therapists have on recovery and quality of life. This experience inspired her decision to pursue a Pre-Physical Therapy path and continue helping others improve both their physical health and overall well-being.

Originally from Ligonier, Indiana, Xander developed a strong athletic foundation through years of competitive football and baseball. His early interest in performance and rehabilitation led him to begin his college journey on a pre-physical therapy track, where he ultimately discovered a deeper passion for strength and conditioning.
Xander went on to earn his Master’s degree from Western Michigan University, where he also gained valuable experience interning with the football strength and conditioning staff. He further expanded his expertise through internships with the football programs at Indiana University and The Ohio State University, working within high-performance Division I environments.
As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Xander has applied his knowledge across both private and collegiate settings. His experience includes coaching at D1 Training in Kalamazoo as well as working with the football team and eight additional sports at Saint Francis University.
Xander brings a well-rounded, performance-driven approach to training, combining his academic background with hands-on experience at the highest levels of collegiate athletics. His coaching emphasizes purposeful programming, attention to detail, and helping clients build strength, resilience, and long-term performance.

Jill Leibforth brings a decade of NCAA collegiate coaching experience and an extensive background in sport and performance psychology to the camp environment. Known for creating high-energy, athlete-centered training spaces, Jill is passionate about helping players grow both on and off the field , building confidence, resilience, and a genuine love for the game.
Jill currently serves as a collegiate head coach and has previously led programs at multiple NCAA institutions and levels, where she guided teams to success and coached numerous award-winning student-athletes. Prior to her head coaching roles, she spent six seasons at Loras College, contributing to four conference championships and a national semifinal run.
In addition to her collegiate experience, Jill has worked with youth players through elite training environments, including the Michigan Olympic Development Program (ODP) as well as Nike Soccer Camps, where she has helped deliver high-quality camp experiences for groups of 200+ athletes. Her approach blends structured, high-level development with creativity and fun, ensuring every player leaves camp more confident and motivated.
Jill also holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology and is completing her doctorate in sport and performance psychology, specializing in how to support athletes’ mental performance, well-being, and long-term development.
