Live Workouts!

You can join our virtual workout community 6 times a week for a workout you can do at home with our certified Coaches for only $15.00 a month!

  • Barre Class – Monday 6:30 – 7:15 AM
    A full body, low impact, high intensity class which uses a variety of equipment, including weights, bands, balls and body weight. No dance experience necessary, this class is open to all levels.
  • Yoga – Tuesday 6:00 – 7:00 PM
    Develop strength, flexibility, and breath awareness while calming and focusing your mind.
  • Bootcamp – Wednesday 6:00 – 7:00 AM
    An up- beat, full-body workout that’s challenging, but scalable. All fitness levels are welcome!  The boot camp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, Glides, kettle bells) and stretching. The coaches vary the exercises and format for every workout so no two boot camp sessions are the same.
  • 20 Beginner Barre – Thursday 7:15 – 7:35 AM
    A full body, low impact, high intensity class which uses a variety of equipment, including weights, bands, balls and body weight. No dance experience necessary, this class is open to all levels.
  • HIIT – Thursday 5:00 – 6:00 PM
    High-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
  • Bootcamp – Friday 12:30 – 1:15 PM
    An up- beat, full-body workout that’s challenging, but scalable.
