Shipping and Returns

All shipments will be made by standard ground shipping or by common carrier.

Truck Deliveries to Business Addresses:

Truck deliveries do not include inside delivery. Truck shipments are tailgate/dock delivery (the driver will bring the item(s) to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item(s) inside). A signature is required for all truck deliveries; someone must be available during business hours to sign for a truck delivery. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for the shipment. Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hrs.

IMPORTANT – DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS/ PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER. Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for credit or replacement.

Truck Deliveries to Residential Addresses & Home Offices:

Inside delivery is not available to residential addresses or home offices. Truck shipments are tailgate/curbside delivery (the driver will bring the item to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item inside). A signature is required for all truck deliveries; someone must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM) to sign for a truck delivery. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for the shipment.

IMPORTANT – DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS/ PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER. Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for credit or replacement.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused and unopened item for a refund* (not including shipping costs) within the first 30 days following your order. Please keep all original packaging; items not in their original condition are not returnable.

Note:
Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hrs.

We cannot issue a refund for the return of certain items, including:

» Any item that has obvious signs of use.
» Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
» Items returned without a Return Authorization Number.
» Items that are assembled.
» Items that do not include the original packaging.

Include the following information:
1. Your order number.
2. The item number of the products you wish to return.
3. How many of each product you wish to return.
4. The reason for the return. For example: Is the item defective or damaged? Was the wrong item shipped?
5. The condition of the item: opened or unopened.

We will reply by email with a return authorization number and shipping instructions for your return. We accept returns at our branch office locations listed on our website. We suggest shipping with a carrier that provides proof of delivery as items lost or damaged in transit cannot be credited. UPS and FedEx automatically provide this. Delivery confirmation from the Post Office is available for a fee if you ship by mail.

Affix a label to the outer box or packaging with the return authorization number and return shipping address. DO NOT write on the product’s box or packaging as this will make your item non-returnable.

No returns of any kind can be accepted without a return authorization number. Once our warehouse has processed your return, the refund will be applied to your credit card account. Please allow up to 6 weeks for the processing of returned merchandise.

Athletic Mentors pays return shipping only for items shipped to you in error or received damaged or defective. Any claims for damage and/or shortages must be made within 7 days of the date of shipment.

Athletic Mentors accepts returns for 30 days from the date of order. Any unused item may be returned for credit (not including shipping charges). In order to receive credit, all products must be returned in the original packaging and including all original contents.
