This Package Includes:
- A custom schedule designed to suit the athletes needs, goals and lifestyle.
- Baseline and periodic testing to monitor fitness and progress using tests with heart rate.
- Assistance with nutrition and dietary planning.
- Training time in the pool bi-weekly with your coach to perfect stroke and body position. (Additional $3 – $10 guest fee at pool may be required and is athlete’s responsibility)
- Includes access to our group training swim sessions when available (scheduling varies with the season, pool availability and covid restrictions)
- Access to our “coached gym” in Richland for your strength training.
- Online access to your training plan and online journal as well as utilization of an interactive coaching tool to record and communicate your training progress with your coach.
Cost: $250 Per Month PLUS $50.00 Start Up Fee.
