Our Speed & Agility classes are designed to enhance the overall athleticism of each participant using state of the art technologies and techniques that out perform traditional programs. We believe that improved speed and agility among athletes comes from precise and consistent movement patterns. Our curriculum develops athletes in this way to insure that we start from “the ground up”. Awareness of detail such as foot placement, core stabilization, and arm swing are critical elements. The focus of this camp will be to develop great form and good habits that are repeatable on the field or court of play.
Spring 1 and Spring 2 Camp Outline 14 & Up:
Length: 6 Weeks (Session 1 7 weeks due to Spring Break)
Spring 1 Start Date: Monday, March 4th, 2019
Spring 1 End Date: Saturday, April 20th, 2019
Spring 2 Start Date: Monday, May 6th
Spring 2 End Date: Saturday, June 15th
Location: Athletic Mentors Richland – 8610 North 32nd St.
Times: You choose the two sessions per week that best fit into your schedule.

- Wednesdays 6:00 – 7:00 pm
- Saturday Noon – 1:00 pm
