This camp is a great opportunity for athletes who are at the Junior Varsity or Varsity Level looking to improve their basketball skills and specific strength and conditioning. Our intensive camps feature specific training focused on increasing vertical jump, explosive power, quickness and agility specific to basketball movement and injury prevention. From energy systems development to micro and macro nutrition and recovery strategies, our players emerge as well-developed athletes powered by the perseverance and commitment that transcends talent. Our unique blend of performance-powered mental and physical conditioning is designed for serious players who want to ratchet up their level of play.
Camp will primarily focus on the development of all key areas of basketball specific strength and conditioning. Athletes will also develop new levels of vertical jump, agility and general explosiveness through the strength and conditioning portion of the camp. The skills portion will include basic fundamentals including but not limited to shooting, dribbling, passing, rebounding, etc. Game situation scenarios will also be played out as we incorporate both defense and offense into the skill building.

Camp Head Coach:
Jess Polnasek will be leading the skills portion of the camp this year. Her basketball background stems from playing competitively as a high school athlete to coaching at the Junior Varsity high school level for several years.During her basketball career, she was able to break records in scoring (1035), steals (332), and most games ever played(96). She earned All-City and All-League honors for four years and earned All-State honors as a senior as she helped lead her team to the State Semi-Finals for the first time in program history.
During her five years of coaching she was able to work with a group of girls who were passionate and dedicated to the sport. Through fundamentals, skill building, and lots of conditioning, her team had a winning season every year during her time as head coach.In addition to coaching the sport she has also led various summer groups through plyometric camps to increase speed, agility, and vertical jump. Since graduation, she has also been inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame at her local high school!

- Who: Girls 7th to 10th grade
- Cost: $325 per session or $595 for both
