Youth Triathlon Program

This 6 week Youth Triathlon Training Program is a great opportunity for athletes aged between 9 and 18 to train for and compete in their very first triathlon. The program will guide participants through open water swimming, road riding, running and ultimately racing. We will build on existing knowledge in these areas as well as develop any skills that are not yet present in order for the participant to successfully complete a sprint or super sprint distance triathlon. This camp will culminate at the Shermanator Triathlon on Saturday August 6th, 2022. With over 20 years combined experience in Triathlon, our coaches will ensure that Triathlon becomes a sport for your youth athlete to enjoy.

  • Participants will compete in one of the following distances: 200 Yard Swim, 6 Mile Bike Ride & 2 Mile Run OR 500 Yard Swim, 10 Mile Bike Ride & 5K Run

Parent Testimonial: “Thanks for offering such a wonderful program for kids. I am just amazed at the support you have from fellow athletes to mentor the kids. You’ve got some amazing athletes that you work with that have such a passion to give back. Hope to do it again next year and will likely pull in the younger siblings.” –Jennifer
