Youth Triathlon Program

This 6 week Triathlon Youth Training Program is a great opportunity for athletes aged between 9 and 18 to train for and compete in their very first triathlon. The program will guide participants through open water swimming, road riding, running and ultimately racing. We will build on existing knowledge in these areas as well as develop any skills that are not yet present in order for the participant to successfully complete the Shermanator Triathlon on August 3rd. With over 20 years combined experience in Triathlon, our coaches will ensure that Triathlon becomes a sport for them to enjoy.

  • Participants will compete in the following distances: 200 Yard Swim, 6 Mile Bike Ride & 2 Mile Run.
  • Athletes will be coached by USAT Certified Coaches
  • Participants may complete the race as part of a team relay

Parent Testimonial: “Thanks for offering such a wonderful program for kids. I am just amazed at the support you have from fellow athletes to mentor the kids. You’ve got some amazing athletes that you work with that have such a passion to give back. Hope to do it again next year and will likely pull in the younger siblings.” –Jennifer
